Veteran Jamie Seymour (calf) and Darcy Melksham are out of an already understrength team.
The Roos are missing seven of their best 12 players, including classy forward Cody Parker, who's out indefinitely with nerve damage in his neck.
"There's no point going the other way (feeling sorry), so we find positives within the game," coach Marc Almond said.
You have to feel for the bottom three sides - winless outfits Wodonga and North Albury meet today - as they have the biggest injury tolls.
The one positive though is Sydneysider Cameron Dunne will debut.
"He finds the footy and he's pretty courageous, he puts himself in some pretty compromising positions, it's team lifting stuff," Almond said.
And the Roos will need inspiration against Myrtleford.
