Yarrawonga star Laura Irvine is a late withdrawal due to family commitments, but co-coach Lou Byrne is thrilled with what she has at her disposal.
"There's good height at both ends, we're very happy with the options. We've got plenty of diversity," Byrne said.
Toni Wilson Medallist Sophie Hanrahan could be the O and M's trump card with her ability to play at both ends of the court.
Hanrahan has settled back into defence at Corowa-Rutherglen this season, but won the league's best and fairest as a shooter.
Also in sport:
"She's as good at either end, she's definitely a versatile player," Byrne said.
"We've got Hannah Grady that can also swing into the defensive circle and out to the wing and our mid-courters are all pretty flexible."
Byrne, Tamara Mathews and Paula Cary will coach the open team.
The final Ovens and Murray side is: Sophie Hanrahan, Grace Senior (Corowa-Rutherglen), Heidi Fisher, Maddi Lloyd, Sarah Meredith (Lavington), Elyse Boyer (North Albury), Issy Byrne, Hannah Grady and Amanda Umanski (Wangaratta).
Start time is 11.15am at Olympic Park Reserve.
The open team to play at the association championships in Melbourne on June 23 will be announced at a later date.
