Nat Hurst has been an integral part of the Bandits line-up this season and is set to remain a weapon as they head to Tasmania this weekend.
"With all of the experience she has, she knows when to take control of the team," Bandits centre Jessie Edwards said.
"She's been a really important piece for us."
The Bandits will head to Tasmania injury free and with no changes to their squad for the double header this weekend.
"It's always hard travelling away and playing, especially in Tasmania, but we're looking forward to playing them," Edwards said.
"We're not going to underestimate them because anyone can have their night in this league.
"There's so many great teams."
Teammate Cherise Daniel said the Bandits will be looking for wins.
"I think we're a few games behind a couple of the teams in the league, so it would be nice to catch up," Daniel said.
