Emergency services were called to the Wangaratta-Kilfeera Road, near Soldiers Lane, about 6.10am on Friday.
The vehicle had left the road, and rolled three to four times, before coming to a stop.
Acting Sergeant Peter Clarke said there was limited visibility at the time of the crash due to fog.
"He's been conveyed to hospital," he said of the driver, who is aged in his early 30s and lives in the region.
"He's being assessed and treated.
"There are no serious injuries from what we can establish at this point.
"It's pretty lucky.
"People need to be mindful of the conditions, make sure they've got good visibility and drive to the conditions."
