With Ben Hall leading the way with 16 and Brendan McEvoy kicking eight, the Blues slammed on 44.18 (282) to 0.0 (0).
In a disastrous day for Border-Walwa, the already undermanned Magpies lost four players with leg injuries.
"We played well although Border-Walwa is obviously doing it pretty tough at the moment," Cudgewa coach Brayden Carey said.
"Losing some players with injuries didn't help them."
Blake Lee McKie and Dylan Muggivan tried hard for Border-Walwa.
Cudgewa, who were best served by Hall, Dayne Carey and Mitch Pynappels, should regain Kylin Morey and Ryan Mee for next weekend's clash against Federal.
The Swans motored home to defeat Tumbarumba by 29 points.
Bullioh thrashed Corryong by 184 points.
