It was on May 24 last year that 28-year-old Mr Pascall and 37-year-old Mr Quinlivan lost their lives after being overcome by gas at Norske Skog.
Georgia Webb, the partner of Mr Pascall, said the grief was still with family and loved ones every day.
She spoke with The Border Mail's BLAIR THOMSON below:
