POLICE have undertaken an extensive search in the Deniliquin area after a series of ram raids, including an incident where a bobcat was used to steal an ATM.

The machine was driven through the front doors of a shopping centre at Moama about 4.30am on February 25.
The ATM was stolen by unknown offenders.
Another ATM was recovered on Sunday in an irrigation channel near Lawson Syphron Road at Deniliquin.
The machine had been stolen during ram raid at a pub at Wakhool in the early hours of February 20.

A Toyota Hilux, which is through to have been used in the ram raid, was recovered from the Edward River at Deniliquin, along with gun parts.
Police believe the Wakool and Moama incidents are linked.
Investigations have spent all week scouring irrigation channels in the area and also searched a Deniliquin caravan park.
Stolen gun parts were found at the caravan park.
Detective Superintendent Danny Doherty urged people to come forward with more information.
"We are continuing to forensically examine items located during the recent search, including the discovery of stolen firearms, and while we await those results, we call on the public for their assistance," Detective Superintendent Doherty said.
"The community is one of our greatest assets in investigations and we believe there are people out there who may know more, but for some reason, have not made contact.
"Make no mistake, these ATM thefts are the work of thugs.
"Our investigators will not stop until they apprehend those responsible for these brazen acts and put them before the courts."
The incident, which involved a stolen truck, occurred on May 11.
No-one has been charged.
