The storage sheds, located on Diffey Road, were targeted at some stage over the weekend.
Damage was caused to 12 of the 14 storage sheds.
Leading Senior Constable Chris Atwell said the damage was discovered by a passing motorist yesterday morning.
"The roller doors will need to be replaced on some of the units," he said.
"We don't know if anything has been stolen."
