She and other ministers were sworn in during a ceremony in Canberra on Wednesday.
After winning the Farrer election with 61.3 per cent of the two-candidate preferred vote, Ms Ley was returned to the Coalition cabinet for the first time since 2017.
She told The Border Mail's Farrer election forum that she was completely behind scientists' findings on man-made climate change.

Q&A will be broadcast on Monday from 9.35pm.
