Brodie was injured during a marking contest against Wangaratta last Saturday.
It's his second concussion this season.
"Connor will need to get a medical clearance and just needs some time off playing footy," concerned coach Zac Fulford said.
It continues the Bulldogs' horror injury run as they look to become the last team to snap a winless streak.
And Wodonga hosts Corowa-Rutherglen on Saturday in one of its few realistic chances to end the drought.
"We've seen a couple of signs during the course of the year we're not far away, but then we've had other patches where we've been disappointing," Fulford said.
The Bulldogs have averaged just 49 points and named under 18 star Ethan Redcliffe for more strike.
"His ability to win the ball at ground level, marking on the lead and contested marking is really strong."
