While such services are common in Melbourne and Sydney, Hayley Foots said her company was unique on the Border.
She started The Inspired Space three-and-a-half years ago and is now moving into the site formerly occupied by Darryl Smailes Car Radio in Kiewa Street.
Demand has been so strong of late, Ms Foots is partnering with Amy Milton to run the company.
"We've got a full warehouse full of furniture which we hire out," she said.
"If someone is looking to lease a house or sell it, we work with the real estate agent to get the place looking amazing.
"We can fit out up to 20 houses at any time.
"We've got a huge amount of inventory."
The company helps sellers get a higher price for their property and also offers interior design consultations.
Homes are filled with furniture for six weeks, which Ms Foots said was usually enough time to make a sale.
"Home staging has been massive in capital cities," she said.
"It's just gone ballistic.
"It was going to be my part time job but we're so busy.
"I've now got Amy and another staff member, Laura McCormack."
Ms Foots plans to continue running a series of home styling workshops from July after the move into the business's new property is complete.
