In the biggest coup of the off-season, Davies will join the Crows after spending the past three years with the CAW club.
The former NSW Country fast bowler will add some much-needed experience to the East Albury line-up who had one of the youngest lists in the competition last season.
Davies took 38 wickets and made 419 runs for Lavington in 2016-17.
The fast bowler's 2018-19 campaign was hampered by injury.
Davies was a member of NSW Country's winning side at the Australian Championships in 2012-13.
Kiewa captain Brent de Vries has also joined East Albury to play alongside his brother, Ryan.
