"It was really disappointing and pretty embarrassing from a club point of view to be honest," coach Marc Almond said.
No loss in any code gathers the attention of one against a winless outfit and the Roos are now locked in a three-way battle for the wooden spoon with Wodonga and North Albury.
"We played really well against Lavington, probably the best game we've played in the last couple of years," Almond said.
"It's just a young group and about finding consistent behaviours throughout the week.
"I remember when I was at Raiders (as assistant coach) and (coach Daryn Cresswell) 'Crezza' was there, we'd talk about this problem when Raiders were really young in 'Crezza's' first couple of years."
