It was natural enough for them to form The Robertson Brothers band during the early 1990s.

They became well-known as the distinctive vocal sound on the theme for TV soapie Home and Away (2000-2006) and for their political and football song parodies for Ray Hadley's morning shows on 2GB.

In putting together their latest act, The Robertson Brothers 1960s Variety TV Show, they wanted to reinvent the magic and diversity of the old-school 1960s variety TV shows.

They have channeled artists such as The Everly Brothers, Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, The Bee Gees and The Hollies.

Through the prism of the variety TV show format, The Robertson Brothers travel back in time to embrace and celebrate all the hits of a bygone era.

Geoff and Ben team up with Simon Brook McLachlan (The Jersey Boys) to recreate the glorious melodies and harmonies.

They are joined by a live band and interactive multimedia presentation.

The show features songs such as Spicks and Specks, To Love Somebody, New York Mining Disaster, Massachusetts, I Started A Joke, Sherry, Walk Like A Man and Oh What A Night.

The Robertson Brothers have toured with The Eagles, America, John Denver and Electric Light Orchestra.

They also performed at the Opening Ceremony of the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games. They have sold half a million records.
