Boasting an 8-1 win-loss record, the Vikings have been the benchmark for a number of years and won't make things easy for a youthful Border outfit.
Spitfires defender Chloe Jones knows the side will have to be at its best to compete.
However, the feeling is positive around the camp following the Spitfires' victory at the Senior Country Championships at Geelong across the long weekend.

"We're obviously still struggling, but since the win against Goulburn a fortnight ago, we're very happy to get back into it and bring that good form we had to go again," Jones said.
"We had the O'Halloran girls (Sharakena and Letesha) come away and play in Geelong and they scored a few goals.
"Hopefully they'll bring that into the Capital League comp as well."
The Spitfires men can move into the top four with victory against Old Canberrans at Canberra's Carter Field on Saturday.
Albury-Wodonga won the previous meeting between the two sides, 4-2, in round two, and will be out to notch a third straight victory.
The Spitfires are also just two points behind third-placed Goulburn.
In Hockey Albury-Wodonga division one matches on Sunday, Wombats take on Magpies, Falcons clash with Norths, while CR United meets Wodonga.
