Bell took out the main event, the 500 metre centre fire, with a score of 284 with nine flies, toppling the highest total match score record set at the event back in 2011.
It marked the fifth national victory for Bell since 2012.
However, he wasn't the only Border shooter to achieve success at the competition, with Grant Groves claiming second place in the main event.
ALSO IN SPORT:
Groves was also crowned the winner of the highly sort after combined aggregate event, which combined his total scores posted from across the three days of competition during the long weekend.
He defeated Bell as well as Wagga shooter Ken Perrin to take out top honours.
There was over 180 nominations across all of the competition categories during the three day event, with shooters assembling on Batemans Bay from right around the country.
