Hockey Albury-Wodonga product Eden Davis has continued his rise through the ranks, claiming gold with the School Sport Australia side at the Whitsun Four Nations Tournament in Germany.

A convincing 7-0 win against Ireland secured the title after a strong display throughout the event.
The team toured Europe for three weeks, playing practice matches in the lead-up to the tournament in the German city of Mannheim - taking on the host nation, Belgium and France.

It gave Davis and the rest of the group a unique opportunity to test their abilities against some of the strongest hockey nations in the world.
It was an excellent tournament for the Australian teams, with the girls also on the podium after narrowly missing out on a chance to play for gold.
They defeated Ireland 5-1 for bronze.
Davis was selected to represent the under-17 All-Australian boys hockey team following his performance at the Australian Championship on the Gold Coast last August.
