The Hamilton, to be built on the former Hungry Jack's site at the corner of Hume and David Streets, has attracted inquiries from Border and North East retirees and investors.
Selling agent Stean Nicholls will host an informal information session at its Dean Street office on Saturday, June 22, between 3pm and 4pm as well as another function there on Thursday, June 27, 5.30pm to 6.30pm, that will include input on finance and legal paperwork.
"We're trying to provide people with all the information in one room to make their decision-making process easier," the agency said.
Construction on The Hamilton is due to start in October and be completed by December 2020.

The six-storey development comprises apartments with one, two or three bedrooms and five office or retail spaces.
There is a planned 765 sq m recreation zone for residents that has communal living spaces powered by solar panels and a pavilion and barbecue area.
Design features include versatile floor plans, north-facing aspects, car space and storage, en suite bathrooms, spacious wardrobes, floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors, stone bench tops, ducted air conditioning, kitchen appliance packages and timber flooring options.
Stean Nicholls director Jack Stean said the project focused on lifestyle and community engagement.
"The majority of our buyers have been local downsizers, who are looking for low-maintenance lock-up-and-leave-type living," he said.
"The layout of the floor plans has been reviewed and adjusted multiple times, with input from not only the developer, the architect, town planners and myself, but from potential buyers and interior designers during the planning process before we brought the project to market.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"We wanted to ensure that we presented a product that the market has been wanting and I firmly believe we have delivered that.
"In my opinion, The Hamilton development is a perfect example of a medium-density project that has been thoughtfully designed to suit the needs of today's buyers."
Barker Group director Travis Barker hoped Albury would embrace this significant development.
"It has always been at the forefront of this project to employ local trades and boost the local economy," Mr Barker said.
"With thousands of dollars already invested in this project, we are counting on support from local and out of town buyers to get this project over the line."
