Located nearby the Lavington Square shopping centre, which sold for $52 million last year, is being sold via an expressions of interest process which closes on July 18.
The full-line Coles supermarket and Liquorland stores accounts for 84 per cent of the total lettable area of the centre which also includes chemist, butcher, hairdresser and bakery.
It also has 166 carparking spots with the centre facade undergoing recent refurbishment.
Colliers have been appointed the selling agents in conjunction with Albury-based agents Stean Nicholls with the centre developed by John and Paul Colquhoun in 1982.
