The Border outfit ran away with wins against Sandringham and Ballarat in a big double header weekend on the road.
"I don't think they've played that well ever, everyone contributed," Jackson said.
"When the girls are playing like that and there aren't any egos involved and they're having fun, I don't think there's many teams in this league that can stop us.
"We could give the top teams a run.
"Now that they've shown me what they can do, expectations are definitely high."
The Bandits welcomed the leadership of Nat Hurst back on the court in her return from injury, while Hanna Zavecz was also back in the side after battling a concussion.
Eight points was the margin against Sandringham on Saturday, with Emilee Harman the leading scoring contributor with 18-points during the clash.
Sunday saw a more convincing win against Ballarat, 100-81.
The second half proved to be the difference, with a dominant performance coming from the whole side.
Zavecz and Emma Mahady worked tirelessly defensively, while guard Cherise Daniel was sensational.
The two wins have bolstered the Bandits' position to top eight in the standings, with just four rounds to be played before the start of finals.
They now sit on eight wins and seven losses, with Sandringham and Ballarat both sitting outside the top eight in the NBL1 women's competition.
"Getting these two wins has given them the confidence to believe that they can get into the playoffs and do something special," Jackson said.
"If we can make that eighth playoff position, anything can happen.
"Particularly if we keep playing the way that we are.
"It's in our hands."
Niggling injuries seem to be the only cause for concern for the Bandits, who have several players nursing soreness.
The Albury-Wodonga Bandits men also had success during the weekend with a win against the Southern Sabres on Saturday, 107-84.
A huge night from sharp shooters Torren Jones, Ken-Jah Bosley and Deba George saw them all land above 26 points on the scoreboard for the Bandits.
The men then had a 10 point loss to Ballarat on Sunday, taking them to six wins and nine losses for the season.
