The Wodonga-based transport company is being questioned over allegedly underpaying truck drivers at the Woolworths Distribution Centre in Barnawartha.
A Transport Workers Union spokesman told The Border Mail they are supporting the worker who has taken these steps against their employer.
"What has happened is under the existing enterprise bargaining agreement, which was reached when they won the new contract at the distribution centre, Ron Finemore Transport isn't paying the agreed amount yet," the spokesman said.
"And workers believe it is taking too long to rectify it. If it was just a mistake I don't think we would be going to fair work.
"There are a few issues around public holidays as well."

But Ron Finemore Transport managing director Mark Parry said it was "disappointing" an employee had taken these steps and the hearing will be a "non-event".
"We are not in dispute," he said.
"We have a strong track record and there are three issues being raised here which we have solved two of them and the third one to be solved on Friday.
"Some individuals believe we are taking too long to rectify the pay problems but we will have a date for when that will be done on Friday for them.
"We acknowledged the issues and have been actively working with employees and the union to rectify them.
"There has been multiple meetings with the affected parties and it is a little disappointing it has been brought to the press when come Friday it won't be anything."
Mr Parry said there was some issues around employees on a seven day roster not being paid public holidays.
"And those public holidays were things like AFL Grand Final Day eve," he said.
"It takes time to go through pay cycles and things in the background."
A truck driver, who didn't want to be named for fear of losing his job, said drivers are "fed up" with being underpaid and are owed "thousands of dollars".
"It could have affected up to 300 drivers. It has gone past negotiations," he said.
It is listed for an application to deal with a dispute and will be heard in Melbourne on Friday morning.
