From Monday, July 1, Harper Property Group will replace LJ Hooker Albury-Wodonga, with a new website but the same Swift Street, Albury, location and phone number.
Director/principal Shaun Harper said the move had been considered over the past six months.

"We've loved LJ Hooker over the last 12 years, but times are changing in the real estate world," he said.
"A lot of it's going not only independent, but very mobile, very internet based.
"There's less need to be attached to a big name, especially in the rural areas.

Harper Property Group plans to focus on residential sales as well as branch further into commercial real estate.
Mr Harper thanked all his clients from the past decade adding, "we can't wait to see them all in the future".
