Using data from last year's winter registrations, Ashley Madison - a dating service for married people which uses the tag line "Life is short. Have an affair" - put together a 'Winter Wanderlust List' of the country's most unfaithful cities.
A statement from the company said the rankings were based on the number of signups to the service in each city between June 21, 2018 and September 22, 2018 on a per capita basis.

Ashley Madison director of communications Isabella Mise said "with the cold weather upon us, many Australians are seeking someone to snuggle up to".
She said Albury were the "big winners" in the "annual national infidelity ranking".
"While most would assume that bigger cities probably produce more cheaters per capita, this data shows us what we were already aware of; cheaters are everywhere," she said.
"Seeing a city like Albury that's more well known for being a border city than its nightlife beat out places that are known as big entertainment cities, like Sydney, just reinforces that infidelity can be found in every facet of life, and no city big or small is immune to it."
