Choc-Coconut Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 100g oats
- 20g cacao (or cocoa)
- 170g pitted medjool dates
- 80g desiccated coconut (extra for rolling)
- 2 tsp vanilla paste
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
- 2 tbsp water (check consistency as may need slightly more)
- * You can add 1-2 drops of any flavoured oils such as mint too.
Method
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz for about 15-20 seconds.
Check the consistency by rolling a small amount of the mixture to ensure it doesn't stick to your hands.
Roll into balls.
Finally, roll in desiccated coconut.
They're a great snack for children or anyone on the go.
