A team will visit the region on Monday to source food, wine and spirits for the What Grows Together Goes Together winter series at the St Kilda restaurant.
Stokehouse head chef Ollie Hansford and sommelier Gavin Cremming will meet North East producers to select key ingredients for the dinner on Thursday, July 18.
The 2019 winter series debuted on June 6 with a focus on the Macedon Ranges.
Other monthly events will highlight the Victorian High Plains, Grampians and the Great South East Coast.

Each event will be limited to 40 guests, including four courses and two canapes, matched with wine, sparkling and cocktails.
What Grows Together, Goes Together - Victorian High Country will run at the Stokehouse on Thursday, July 18, from 7pm.
