Flying Fruit Fly Circus presents The Big Hoorah, The Cube Wodonga, Saturday, July 6, 7.30pm
The Border's own Flying Fruit Fly Circus is marking 40 years of being at the heart of Australia's contemporary circus scene. This special cabaret, scheduled to coincide with its National Training Project, attracts artists and enthusiasts from around the country. A great big anniversary variety bill of vaudeville, circus and surprise guests. It's an all-ages, standing event at The Cube Wodonga.

What better way to celebrate the season than to stock up on your favourite winter produce? Pfeiffer Wines Winter Farmers' Market will have fresh broccoli, crunchy kale, new season's apples and pears, artisan cheese, bread, olives and pasta. Among stallholders will be Louisa Morris Cakes, King Valley Popcorn, Bunyip Hollow, Pumpkin Seeds Australia and Buzzy Bee Honey. There will be hot food, coffee and music by Michael Brennan.

Albury Wodonga Border Mail Bridal Fair, Albury Entertainment Centre, Sunday, July 7, 10am to 3pm
Do not go to the chapel without first heading to the Albury Wodonga Border Mail Bridal Fair. The premier bridal fair in Albury-Wodonga attracts about 750 visitors and scores of stallholders. The bridal fair has been running for 20 years, bringing wedding suppliers and engaged couples together in one venue in central Albury. One lucky couple will win a holiday on the Gold Coast at the Breakers absolute beachfront resort. The prize includes five nights at the Breakers and a $600 flight voucher.

Now in its 29th year, Craftalive is Australia's largest and longest-running craft event series. It will feature crafts and equipment from traditional to modern including stamping, scrap booking, embroidery, patchwork and quilting.

Music on the Murray, St Leonards Vineyard, Wahgunyah, Saturday, July 6, noon to 4pm
Enjoy fine wine, great food and live acoustic tunes by Dylan Raath Music on the St Leonards Vineyard lawns. A solo acoustic guitarist and singer, Raath's cover songs appeal to all generations. St Leonards Vineyard Cafe opens from noon, cellar door at 10am.
