Officials have been delighted with the response with the club's oldest living life member Norm Wighton set to be among the crowd.
Up to 150 people are expected to attend.
Former Western Bulldogs and Melbourne star Daniel Cross, who came out of retirement last weekend to play for Albury, is the biggest name to go through the ranks.
Club treasurer Ben O'Connell said St Patrick's had a remarkable history.
"It's a club steeped in tradition," O'Connell said.
"I've spent countless hours looking at old photographs and going through newspaper clippings."
The reunion will start at Albury's Commercial Club from 6.30pm with tickets available at the door for $35.
