A third man charged over an incident where a 16-year-old boy was pushed into the path of an oncoming car in North Albury last year has been jailed for that and an attack on his ex-partner

Damian Clark didn't do the pushing, though he was part of the group as demands were made for the victims to hand over mobile phones and wallets.
Also, his ex-partner previously gave evidence to Albury Local Court that Clark, in the 2017 incident, punched her in the face and pushed and shoved her from behind.
Magistrate Rodney Brender said the evidence was that both Clark and his victim were "very drunk".
"This was a violent assault on a female at her home," he said.

Clark pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm and contravening an apprehended violence order over this attack, after a more serious strictly indictable charge was withdrawn.
He also pleaded guilty to two counts of demand property with menaces with intent to steal and common assault over the North Albury incident.
Clark, of Eastern Circuit, East Albury, appeared for sentence this week via a video link to Junee jail, where he has been held bail refused.
He was handed a 20-month jail term, with a minimum of 13 months.
When backdated to when he first went into custody, Clark will be released on parole on November 30.
One of his co-offenders, Jake James McEwan, was given 12 months' jail, with a minimum of nine, on two charges of demand property with menaces.
The boy pushed into the path of the car in Mate Street on June 11, by John Wayne Payne suffered a fractured left knee and leg, a severe laceration to his right leg and abrasions to his hands and face.
The three victims, including a girl, 14, and a woman, 20, saw Clark, McEwan and Payne walking towards them that evening.
Payne grabbed the girl in a bear hug and demanded her phone, which she eventually gave him, reluctantly, then dragged the boy into the middle of the road, demanding his phone and wallet.
While the boy was pushed into traffic, the woman was punched in the face by one of the two other men.
