Colette Suter's first-half strike put Wangaratta in front 1-0 at the break.
However, St Pats responded with goals to Claire Mahoney and Isabella Barbaro in the second half to seal the come-from-behind result.
It was Patties' first win against the Red Devils in three matches this year.
