Albury Highway Patrol found a pair of wheels on the back seat with an electric rattle gun.
Police said the tyres were worn smooth with large quantities of rubber inside the wheel guards.

He had only had his P1 licence for nine months and was charged with aggravated burnouts, issued with a number of infringement notices for a number of vehicle standards offences as well as having his licence suspended on the spot.
