Runners are set to test themselves over the two race distances of 10km and 4km.
The longer running event has been shortened in distance this year due to changes in the stock route, with both events set to start and finish at Bandiana Primary School.
The 4km distance will see competitors compete over road and bike paths, while the 10km event consists of a combination of road, bike paths and the stock route.
Promising junior runners Callista Race-Stelling and Rhys Thorpe are expected to keep their terrific form going, while the likes of local runners Luke and Lauren Preston and Kev Muller are also likely to race good times.
ALSO IN SPORT:
The shorter distance race is said to be the perfect introduction to the event for beginners, while many use the longer race as practice for spring and summer trail runs.
Prizes will be up for grabs in both races across numerous categories.
Funds raised from the Wodonga Classic will go to the Wodonga Athletics Club to assist in the promotion of senior athletics.
A portion will also be contributed to Bandiana Primary School.
Entry into the races can be made online prior to July 20 or made on the day of competition.
Entry and bib pick up will be available Sunday July 21 in the morning at Bandiana Primary School.
