After a disappointing loss to Griffith at home last weekend, the Steamers' will be looking to give their all to keep their chances of a top four spot alive before time runs out.

And that all starts this weekend against Wagga CSU.

"It's make or break for us," Musarra said.

"If we don't win the next two games we're not going to make it.

"It's as simple as that.

"It's a good challenge and an opportunity for our side to step up and see if our pre-season training and development carries through."

But this weekend won't come without it's obstacles as the home side battles through player unavailability due to injuries and illness.

The Steamers' will be calling on players from their seconds side to step up and fill the void left by the absence of several key players.

The likes of Tom Boyle and Ryan O'Sullivan will be missing in action, while Tim Carrol is still awaiting his return to the field.

However, CSU are facing struggles of their own as they aim to put their first win on the board this season.

"Both clubs are a bit low at the moment," Musarra said.

"It's been building this way for the past two or three weeks."

The Albury-Wodonga Steamers will make the trip to Wagga on Saturday for the clash.
