Olivia Hearn and Sophie Parker have taken on key roles in the A-grade side after stepping up from juniors this season, while Kacie Schuur continues to impress since her debut last year.
"They're going from strength to strength," Holbrook coach Vicki Wornes said.
"They're willing to learn and they listen really well."
Holbrook is gearing up to have all of their starting eight back on court for the first time in several rounds this weekend when they face Jindera.
The Brookers will be looking to reverse their round two 37-point loss to the Bulldogs.
"We're going into this game more confident than we did when we first met them earlier in the season," Wornes said.
"We're certainly sitting in a better position than we were last time, but having said that they're a really good team.
"It will be really good to see how we fair against them heading into finals, if we're lucky enough to get there."

Holbrook currently just sneak into the competition's top six holding a two game gap between them and seventh placed Culcairn.
Wornes said a clash against Brock-Burrum signified a turning point for the side.
"We only lost by a few goals and that's when we thought maybe we could actually make finals," Wornes said.
"That's when the self belief started to come.
"We're among the mix, which I think is really important.
"Having eight girls back on the court, I think we'll go from strength to strength heading into the back of the season, which will be great."
Jindera are coming off the back of a 10-goal win against Brock-Burrum before the bye, while Holbrook posted a win against Henty.
The two sides will meet on Saturday with Holbrook having the home ground advantage.
