Jack Gordon and Carlie Jean Hoysted must now front the District Court sittings in Albury scheduled to get under way on October 14.

Each pleaded guilty, separately, to single charges of aggravated break and enter and commit a serious indictable offence of inflicting actual bodily harm.
Their matters went before magistrate Rodney Brender in Albury Local Court this week.
The incident over which they were charged took place between 11.55pm on January 11 and 12.05am on January 12.
The pair entered the victim's house in David Street, Albury, and assaulted him.
Mr Brender ordered the preparation of sentence assessment reports.
