The Albury-Wodonga Bandits' last game of the season is shaping up to be their most important yet as the frenzy to make the top eight hits boiling point.
Ninth placed Bandits still have a glimmer of hope to be able slide into eighth before finals commence, but a win this weekend against fifth placed Knox Raiders is a must.
Guard Cherise Daniel said the home side is looking to leave all they have on the court this weekend.
"What else can you do?" Daniel said.
"We just have to forget about some of the ugly moments that we've had and give it our all for the last game, because there's really no coming back after this possibly.
"They (Knox) have a pretty good record and a really good team, but so do we.
"We just really need to bring it together and show what we were showing a few weeks ago when everything was very automatic for us."
While Nat Hurst was sidelined for the Bandits' game against Dandenong, Daniel is hoping the whole squad will be healthy and available for what could be their last game together this weekend.
If things do fall the Bandits' way and they manage to sneak into finals, Daniel said you can expect them to bring a breathe of fresh air to the final eight teams standing in the NBL1 competition.

"Hopefully everyone can suit up and we can get this last win as a full squad," Daniel said.
"I think everyone's a little on edge because we know we have the team to be in it.
"If our cards are dealt right, I think we can have a fresh breathe and really focus on staging an upset in the first and second rounds."
As Daniel's first season with the Bandits' comes closer to the end, she admits the NBL1 competition has provided plenty of healthy contests this season.
The guard, who's averaging just under 15-points per game this season, also looks fondly upon her time with the Border side.
"From top to bottom it's one of the best leagues that I've played in," Daniel said.
"The NBL1 has been a great four months.
"It's been amazing to play for Lauren (Jackson), Haydn (Kirkwood) and Craig (McClanahan).
"If we end up finishing with a bad taste in our mouth it would be nice if everyone could do one more year, but I know that's hard to put together."
The Bandits are equal on wins with eighth placed Waverley who have the opportunity to extend their lead with two games this weekend against Hobart and Launceston.
The Knox Raiders will travel to the Lauren Jackson Sports Centre on Saturday night, with the crucial final round game set to kick off at 6pm before the men.
