Rookie drafted at number eight in November, 2017, it will be an historic moment in more than one respect given it will also be the first game for caretaker coach Brett Ratten after the Saints parted company with six-year mentor Alan Richardson.
IN OTHER NEWS:
The 19-year-old, who will wear number 46, will be the club's fifth debutant this year.
Langlands caught the eye of the Saints during a red-hot run off a wing for the Bushies at under 18 level.
"Doulton was playing some really good footy towards the end of the year," then coach Leon Higgins said after he was drafted.

But spurred on by the recent promotion of housemates Hunter Clark and Nick Coffield, Langlands has starred at VFL level.
A breakout game against Coburg (25 disposals, one goal) in round nine and a follow-up performance against Werribee (16 disposals, three tackles) thrust his name into the selection conversation for the first time.
An eye-catching game against Richmond (20 disposals, nine tackles, one goal) followed in round 13 before finally banging down the door against the Cats.
