Tina Jane Summers remains in custody, bail refused, over the break-in, which was captured on CCTV footage.
The footage though did not show her leaving the restaurant, as Summers managed to find the hard drive for the security system and promptly disconnected all the cables.
At first, the 35-year-old was going to fight the single charge of break, enter and steal after the matter was set-down for a hearing.

But on Monday she changed her plea to guilty, so magistrate Rodney Brender ordered a sentence assessment report to investigate options open to him aside from full-time custody.
Summers appeared in Albury Local Court via a video link to the Emu Plains women's correctional centre, though made no comment during the brief hearing of her matter.
The court was told that Summers, who was jailed for eight months in 2018 on an identical charge and who also had an "extensive criminal history" in Tasmania, broke into Urban Graze on May 27.
Staff closed and locked-up the restaurant about 9.30pm.
Just before 10pm, Summers was captured on CCTV footage in a walkway behind the business.
She was seen to force open a window before climbing into the building.
The footage of her stealing items ran for about 20 minutes.
Police said Summers' haul included nine i-Pads, chargers, a set of master keys to the business, a first-aid kit, Urban Graze vouchers, two bank cards from lost property, several bottles of beer and wine and $100 from the staff tips jar.
Summers is due to be sentenced on September 2.
