The Albury-Wodonga campus welcomed their first batch of year 11 and 12 students on Tuesday as part of its Science Outreach Program.
Rutherglen and Wodonga high school students were introduced to univeristy-level science and scientists and helped solve real-time problems.
Associate professor Susan Lawler said the program runs across five campuses as a way of introducing students to scientists working in a research and tertiary teaching environment.
