Leslie has been missing since round three after injuring his posterior cruciate ligament.
"I'm not totally ruling out Dan won't play again this season but it does look highly unlikely," Price said.
"I met with him last week and had another discussion about his knee and he definitely won't play in the next fortnight.
"His knee improved to a point where he was close to playing again but the progress has stagnated.
"There is still five rounds remaining and he only needs to play one more match to qualify for finals.
"We won't be relying on Dan to make finals but if he does play again it would be of an unexpected bonus."
