On the eve of his 200th match for the league powerhouse, Mackie said he was weighing up his future.
"I'm still undecided," Mackie said.
"At the minute I'm really keen to focus on the countdown to finals and going as deep into September as possible.
"I didn't really want to worry about next year at the moment but in the near future I'll make a decision and go from there."

Mackie played juniors for Jindera as well as starring in the Bulldogs flag triumph in 2008.
The dual Morris medallist was lured to the Sportsground the following season.
"The home club (Jindera) is pretty keen to get me back out there," he said.
"We'll just have to wait and see.
"Obviously I've really loved my time at the Sportsground and it's not something that I want to end prematurely.
"I'm still undecided, hopefully we can finish the season off really well and go from there."
Osborne is also believed to be in the race to sign Mackie as coach for next season.
The Hume league powerhouse has a long history of luring former star O&M players as coaches.
Tony McTavish, Craig Smith, Michael Buchanan, Graham Hart and Daniel McAlister are all premiership coaches with the Tigers.
Mackie's father, Rob, coached Osborne in 1978-79.
Mackie co-coached Albury for one season in 2017 alongside Shaun Daly.
"I definitely see myself coaching again, whether that's next year or in a few years time," he said.
"I still really love footy and being involved in footy clubs."
Mackie has played in seven flags at Albury, is a dual Morris medallist, dual best and fairest winner and Did Simpson medallist.
