An extra seven hours had to be found in the Albury Wodonga Eisteddfod's dance schedule this year so all performers could be included.

The competition, which began on Thursday, continues this weekend at Albury Entertainment Centre in front of adjudicator Donna Lierse.
Dance co-ordinator Teneal Jones said the eisteddfod received 126 additional entries in solos this year, for a total of 1671 entries involving 334 individual dancers.

As well as Albury and Wodonga, competitors travel from places such as Wangaratta, Benalla, Wagga, Echuca, Traralgon, Wagga, Leeton, Griffith, Cootamundra, Narrandera, Penrith, Cowra and Queanbeyan.
Mrs Jones said next weekend would see senior troupes take the stage.
"They always bring a big crowd and are very, very talented," she said.
