In a draft draw tabled at Monday night's annual general meeting, Saturday, March 21 was the only date scheduled to host the decider.
The following day was listed as a back-up in case of wet weather.
"It's something we will talk about at our next meeting in early August," chairman Michael Erdeljac said.
"We will be meeting with each association in coming weeks to talk about the finer points of the draw."
Lavington won the first of three grand finals this season before losing to eventual premier North Albury in the next two matches.
The provincial competition is set to start on October 12 with Twenty20 matches.
Four Twenty20 rounds were included in the draw.
Seventy-eight people attended the annual general meeting with the present seven-member board being re-elected for another term.
