Wangaratta Rovers' hopes of cutting the percentage difference to Wodonga Raiders has received a boost with a red-hot Nick Murray to play his first game in three weeks.

Murray will return for Saturday's away game to Wodonga.

The key position utility was outstanding in the thrilling three-point loss to Raiders on July 20, but he's played the last two games for the Giants at NEAFL level.
And Murray starred at State level.
He was the Giants' best in the loss to Gold Coast on July 28 and followed that by again being named in the best in last week's win over Sydney Swans.
Former Albury premiership player Zach Sproule also played for the Giants in both games.
Murray has played five games for the Giants and six for Rovers.
The youngster is one of three changes from the team which toppled North Albury by 30 points on July 27.
Raiders hold a game and percentage lead of 12.05, but Rovers have the game in hand, due to the split round.
The Hawks are favoured to topple the bottom team, but their hopes of a percentage-boosting thumping could be curtailed by rain.
If the visitors are unable to cut the percentage to a realistically manageable level over the final two games, there's every chance the club's last hope of edging past Raiders for fifth spot will depend on upsetting fierce rivals and the league's hottest team in Wangaratta on August 17.
Meanwhile, Wodonga has made two changes with Tom Heagney-Steart ruled out with injury.
