A record breaking 44 football teams and 31 netball teams braved chilly conditions, with organisers praising the success of the introduction of 16-under Fast5 netball to the carnival this year.

The changes allowed for the 16-under and 14-under netball teams to compete in six-minute quarters, giving them slightly longer games to the eight minute halves played by the younger age groups.
Osborne Cats won the 16-under Fast5 defeating Osborne Ostrich's, while in 14-under RWW Giants defeated Lavington Panthers.
Holbrook were runners up to Yarrawonga Navy in 12-under and BB Saints defeated Culcairn Lions in 10-under.
In football, Wahgunyah toppled Albury Auskick in 8-under, Lavington Black's 10-under's were too good for Yarrawonga White and Henty defeated Billabong Crows/Giants in the 12-under.
