Castles has previously reached the magical milestone with Yackandandah in 2015 and 2017 and with his junior club Jindera last season.
The strong marking forward has now booted 109 goals and is poised to surpass his biggest ever tally in a season of 111.
"I missed a game this season for the first time and thought I might struggle to get to 100," Castles said
"When I got to the middle of the season I was confident I would be able to get the ton.
"But then I hurt my shoulder and I thought I was no chance.
"But I finally got there and have got this week to go as well."
Castles was on 96 goals and brought up the ton in the first-quarter.
"I ended up getting the ton with about 10 minutes to go in the first-quarter," he said.
"I've been getting some good delivery which helps."

Castles is usually a reliable shot for goal but had to overcome a case of the goal kicking yips early in the season.
"I was horrible at the start of the year," he said.
"One match I kicked 8.11 and against Wahgunyah in the first round I kicked 17.10.
"But in the last month I have really turned it around a have probably only missed five set shots.
"I kicked 13.1 on the weekend.
"At the start of the year I would have been around 50/50.
"But at a rough guess I reckon I would have kicked 35 goals and five points since the start of July."
Almost half of Castles' goals have come against cellar dwellers Wahgunyah and Wodonga Saints with bags of nine, 17, 10 and 13.
Chiltern's Ricky Whitehead is assured of the goalkicking title and has booted 122 goals including seven against flag favourite Thurgoona on the weekend.
Castles said he has re-signed with Yackandandah for next season.
