Glenroy Public School was the first to learn from professional dancers on Tuesday with a full day of workshops followed by a 30-minute performance of Coppelia.
Senior dance educator Chantelle van der Hoek said regional students didn't often get to experience the ballet.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"The program is very portable so we can bring it into the schools and everyone has the opportunity to experience what it is like to go to the theatre," she said.
"It makes ballet accessible to everybody and shares a bit about what we do.
"Our workshops are about learning about the STEAMDANCE program - science, technology, engineering and maths - through dance.
"The students get to practice and try ballet out a bit before seeing us in action."
The company is also going to Albury Public School and The Scots School.
