THE Morrison Government has delivered on more than $10 million worth of pre-election commitments to the Indi electorate within three months of a shock return to power in May.
The suite of projects funded from the community development grants program range from $5 million for the community sports and arts facility at Wodonga Senior Secondary College to $250,000 for the anti-suicide safety barriers on the Melrose Drive overpass.
Other projects to secure funding include scout hall refurbishments at Baranduda and Myrtleford, improvements to the Corryong Hall and upgrades for Wodonga cricket and hockey clubs.

Despite not reclaiming the seat at the May election and doubts on whether the funding commitments would be forthcoming, Victorian Liberal Senator Jane Hume said the funding was coming and works could start.
"I'm proud to see our government move so quickly to get this money flowing to these groups after the 2019 election," she said.
"The community has said loud and clear that local sports facilities are bursting at the seams, with more and more girls taking up sport and facilities ageing.
"I've seen first-hand the condemned Myrtleford Scout Hall, where the scout group was unfortunately kicked out over 12 months-ago."
Successful independent candidate Helen Haines and her predecessor Cathy McGowan both publicly queried whether the promises would be kept without the Coalition winning back the seat.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison made two visits to the Indi electorate during the campaign with the Coalition pledging almost $100 million for the electorate.
Senator Hume said big-ticket projects such as the McKoy Street intersection, Wodonga hospital mental health rehab unit and Baranduda Fields sporting complex would also be honoured by the federal government.
"We're currently working with the Victorian Government to make these happen and should have a more formal update soon," she said.
