Music Makes Me Happy, released earlier this month by Mikey Mike and the Hip Hop Kids, became Kinderling Kids Radio's High Five album of the week on Thursday.
The digital station for children aged up to 7 years highlights an artist or album each week, playing the songs regularly and running a competition to win copies.
Performer Michael Martin, who recorded the album with his children Mia, 5, and Max, 3, said he was excited to be on Kinderling and pleased by the overall response to Music Makes Me Happy.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"Everyone is getting on board and loving it, they're keen to know when I'll do some shows," he said.
"I think I might start maybe doing some kids' parties and then branch out from there."
But would he include Mia and Max in any live shows?
"I'll try to," Martin said.
"Half an hour on stage might be tricky, but we'll find a way to get them involved."
