Sharp, along with other sporting identities, will take on the ice slide as part of its Big Freeze.
The former Lavington player joked he would use the ice as part of his rehabilitation from Saturday's match against Billabong Crows.
"It's for a terrific cause and I hope the Holbrook community and the Hume league in general get behind the day," Sharp said.
A helicopter tennis ball drop is also planned to raise money for Bowel Cancer Australia, Research 4 Riney, Albury-Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre and FightMND.
The day kicks off at 11am.
First prize is $1500 for nearest the pin with 600 balls selling for $30 each.
Entry is free with the family day including kids activities and a charity auction.
