The reigning premiers downed Chiltern by 39 goals in what was a standout performance by Hoppers' midcourt player Elkie Turner.
Captain Anna Avery and young shooter Molly McCarty were also dominant for the victors, while Leah Elliot and Katie Lappin were the best in Chiltern's youthful line-up.
Tallangatta coach Erika O'Connell said her side will now turn their attention towards next week's elimination final against Mitta, with the Hoppers looking on track to have a full side at their disposal.

"We're looking forward to hopefully having our full side for the first time this year," O'Connell said.
"We've always had someone out or injured, so it's a good time to have everyone available.
"I think last time we played Mitta we won by three and shot at around 41 percent.
"We definitely know where we need to improve on from that game."
Thurgoona, Rutherglen and Kiewa Sandy-Creek join Tallangatta and Mitta in finals this season with all of the top five sides posting wins for the last round.
While O'Connell believes it's anyone's prize for the taking she admits Rutherglen look to be a dangerous force heading into finals.
"They've been our kryptonite this season," O'Connell said.
"We haven't come close to them, but I really think anyone can come away with it."
Wodonga Saints just fell short of making finals.
